Error while running report

    Hi Guys,

    SSRS is giving an error - "'An item with the same key has already been added". The underlying query runs fine in SSMS but SSRS throws this error :ermm:

    Please help me out

    Any chance you're using subreports multiple times like is described in this MSDN KB Article? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971049

    Also, make sure that you have distinct names for your columns in your dataset, as this error can be caused by that as well.

    Thanks Luke.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971049 talks about the hotfix for SQL 2008. Is there a similar fix for SQL 2005 as well? Has anyone come across such a situation?
