I tried to set up transactional replication last night using 3 Instances on the same Physical Server (using veritas clustering). One Instance used as the distributer, one seperate one for the publisher and subscriber. I have set this up in the same manner a few other times using the same scripts. This time when I had completed running the scripts to configure replication I then ran the snapshot agent as normal and got the following error "The process could not create the file \\SERVERNAME\REPLDATA\UNC"
I checked the share and NTFS permissions for the user account that is used for the distribution agent and it has full control permissions.
I have checked the permissions and setup against replication that is working in another domain (which used the same scripts) and they are exactly the same. The only difference in the other domain is that the clustered Instances have 2 nodes (the current one does not at the moment due to problems installing SQL on the other node).

Snapshot folder is not created by distribution agent if I am not mistaken. It is the Publisher that creates the Snapshot.
