Error: Replication agent not registered properly

  Hi all,

  I tried to set up replication between two servers by using wizard. I used Tools--> Wizard-->Replication --> Configure publishing and Distribution wizard. After that I created a new publication and then I created a push subscription. I get this error.

  Replication agent is not registered properly. Rerun SQL Server setup'.

  I have registered dll using the command

  regsvr32  "c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\tools\Binn\replagnt.dll"

  What's wrong?
