Error processing cubes in parallel

  You migh have guess that I am new to this so please forgive my ignorance.

  I have a DTS package which runs fine and I can run it using DTSRun.  The problem I have now is that I want to process several cubes at the same time.  When I try this error message:

  User ~ on computer localhost has locked 'name of dimension'

   

  I can process several cubes at once using the Analysis Manager (one session for each cube) so it is possible to processes the cubes simultaneously.  Why does it fail when I use DTS?

   

  Any ideas?

  You may want to check the DST packages to see if any of them re/process any shared dimensions.

  When you re/process a shared dimension it becomes locked, meaning any other cubes that use that dimension cannot be used untill the lock is released.
