When you installed SQL how did you tell it to configure SSRS? You can specify to install it and configure it using defaults or you can just have it install the files and you go through the setup manually.
You can check Reporting Services Configuration Manager to check on the status of SSRS.
Also, what exact error are you getting when you try and access SSRS?

Iam receiving the below error
The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key that is used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content. (rsReportServerDisabled)
Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070008)

Seems like there are two separate errors here. The first you need to either restore a backup of the encryption key in Reporting Services Configuration Manager or delete encrypted content.
Take a look at the solution provided here:
The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database[/url]
The other error you are getting seems to be related to hard drive space.
