Error no mining model loaded: Unable to load mining model schema

    I get a non responding message through Analyisis services when trying to create a new mining model. When I looka t the analysis server and try and create a DMX query it states no mining model loaded: Unable to load mining model schema.

    I have removed both SQL 2005 Std and Visual Studio 2005 , cleaned the registry and removed all references to them off my computer.

    I re-loaded just SQL 2005 Std and still get the sam error.

    Is there a way to manually load the Mining model and/or schema?

    I found that when I turned off the windows firewall the error went away, so there is something with in the firewall that did not like the analysis services.
