Error Migrating SQL2000 DTS package to SQL2005 using Package Migration Wizard

    When using the 2005 Package Migration Wizard, I get an error"

    "Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.SqlServer.Exec80PackageTask ...

    Could not find the file specified"

    This seems to be an assembly in the .net framework, but it is not on my machine. Where do I find this or how do I correct

    so I can migrate?

    I would make sure that the .Net Framework is up-to-date and that you have the latest service pack for SQL Server.

    If that doesn't work then more head scratching.
