Error installing SQL Server Database Engine Services Instance Features Invalid command line argument.

Hi
I get the above message when trying to install SQL server with Data Tools etc. I tried finding the solution online and also tried the difference methods like not installing in a root directory with spaces. Still, it does not help!
Please assist?

I have tried that, nothing is working.

Have you checked the installation log file? It can be found in "%programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\130\Setup Bootstrap\Log\"
