I could able to send the mails to the user who are under our server But i did n't receive mail to that receiver id
But In sysmail_allitems table sent_status is 'sent'
and couldn't send to others(gmail or yahoo).I am getting the following error.
The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 7 (2008-07-16T12:00:54). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: No such user here). )

Have you verified that the email address you provided is correct? The error message says that the user doesn't exist.
I know that I have sent email from an alert to my gmail account.

Did you try a "Test Email" to that user email address?
If other email address work, then it's an invalid user
If no email address work, it's Database Mail setup issue
