I get the following error when I click on a database in Enterprise Manager with Task Pad View checked.:
Internet Explorer Script Error
Line: 307
Char: 2
Error: Unspecified Error
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20SQL%20Server\80\Tools\Binn\Resources\1033\sqlmmc.rll/Tabs.html
Do you want to continue running scripts?
Yes|No
I can turn view to anything else and back to Task Pad and no more error. Seems to happen when I detach a database from one machine and reattach on anoter. Any body else experience this?

I have been experiencing the same trouble lately. Are you running XP?

I am getting the same error on Win 2003 / SQL2000 SP3a. not sure what the problem is but it seems to be with only one database. database belongs to a vendor. they say it is a 2000 database. anyone know how to tell what version a database was created in???

I've seen this issue in posts before and have also experienced it myself. I believe it's a problem with the client connection and not related to any database settings. The only thing you can do is change the view to anything else, then change it back to TaskPad. It's annoying but I don't know of any other way to resolve the problem.

funny thing. I renamed the database and the problem went away. I name it back and the problem occurs again.
