I am using VS Studio 2005 SP2 on Vista x64.
1.In one of the SSIS projects I get errors such as this “Error loading .dtsx: The connection "{2926D6CD-F31D-40E6-BCEE-8FC48CB27234}" is not found. This error is thrown by Connections collection when the specific connection element is not found”.
I inspected all controls and couldn’t find any reference to such a connection.
2.Another error is this: [ ] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER. The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Excel Connection Manager2" failed with error code 0xC0202009.
In Excel Source Editor of that control when clicking on Preview the correct data is displayed, so, the connection manager works ok.
Who could help please?
Thanks,
Dan

Is this a project you built from scratch or have you copied parts of this project from other projects?

I transferred the entire project from another computer.
But, oddly enough, this error appeared only after I made a few changes.
Many thanks,
DA
