error code 0x851A001A upgrade sql in place

  hello,

  yesterday I upgraded SQL server in place from 2012 to 2017 Standard edition

  the migration ends with this error (see the screenshot)

  in the Setup Bootstrap \ LOG file I have this error error code 0x851A001A - Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed I followed up on sqlauthority.com's  recommendation to change the service startup account from AD account to NT AUTHORITY \ NETWORK SERVICE  but I still got the same error message

  who can help me find the root cause of the error because I have to do it again next week
