  I found the references to this command in BOL but can someone tell me how to, "...Identify which table and index correspond to the index page number."

  Obviously this would help in fixing the problem.

  BTW DBCC CHECKDB did not reports errors but our asp code reports this while inserting into the DB.

  Appreciate any help...

  I've had this a few times with v6.5 and had to call MS to get debugging support from the Level 3 support team.
