I have an SSIS job that has been running fine every hour until last week.
Occasionally I get the following error:
Error: 4014, Severity: 20, State: 2." A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network.
My environment is SQL 2005 and Windows 2003 x64 Standard.
If someone does have ideas to resolve this please.

Thanks. I did try that but its seems like it not working. The package is still failing. but if I execute the job manually is runs fine.

Hi there,
I have the same issue.
Running the SSIS package manually works fine. Running the same package based on a schedule, the same error happens.
I fought it could have something to do with pushing performance boundries. Possibly other jobs are interfering (on SAN for example). I am however not sure.
Did you find a solution?
Kind regards
