When we reboot one of our domain controllers(not sure which one yet) we receive a flow of these error messages coming in
Error: 17806, Severity: 20, State: 14.
SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The Windows error code indicates the cause of failure. The logon attempt failed
Has anyone seen this? I've done searching and the scenario's that I've found seem to say that this happens all the time and just not during a reboot.

We experience this a lot when our DC's are patched. Especially on busy systems where lots of connections occur from domain users.
We're yet to find a decent solution to the problem, apart from patching DC's out of hours and monitoring when they come back up. It can sometimes still mean an application can't connect to the database after the DC is rebooted until the application or the sql server service is restarted.
We have been told to shutdown the PDC emulator or migrate it first before rebooting the DC's, but yet to fix the issue satisfactorily.
