  There's a query that pulls MIN-login and MAX-logout date and time and calculates weekly totals, based on the Week of the year.
  But at the end of the year, this happens.
  

  Has anyone run into this, or something like it before?

  Looks like it is working properly.  It is summing based on the Week number in your table.  You'll need to define those 3 days as in the same week.
