Is it possible to give a user access to Enterprise Manager (and Analysis Services Manager) in READ ONLY mode?
I can't find any info on this. Possible? How?

If the user has read-only access to the database(s) they will have read-only permissions regardless of the tool they use to connect.

After you add the login for the user make that user member of the db_datareader role for the dbs that he/she needs to read. Like the previous post regardless of the tool user uses to connect, he/she will only be able to read.
