Hi Experts,
I have just installed enterprise edition SQL 2014 on our new server, however the memory optimization (in OLTP memory) is disabled.
Please can any one help me to enable it

I found that it is due to 'Light weight pooling' is enabled, in OLTP memory engine it is asking me to disable.
Please let me know what will be the consequence if I disable it.

Why are you even running fibre mode? It's not a generally recommended setting, very advanced, It disabled or breaks so many other things.

After you make the change that Gail suggests, here's a very large percentage of everything you need to know about In-Memory OLTP. Make sure you read through all the recommendations on loads that benefit from this new functionality. It's not going to work well for everyone or every application. You need to be selective.
