Are there good internet forums where software professionals share their opinions, impressions, negative and positive factors about their employers ?
Thanks

There may be, but surely not without some risk. But I guess that goes without saying...

There's one here now: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/messages.aspx?forumid=334
Be careful what you write.

Thanks Steve, I see you started brand new forum in responce to my question.
I actually intended mostly to read rather than write, I am going on series of interviews with various companies so I wanted to (possibly) get some information from employees before making decision. But anyway I expect this will be interesting and usefull forum.
Thanks again,
Mark

There's a site for coders, http://coderific.com/.

Drew Carey once quipped "There's a support group for people to complain about their jobs. It's called 'the bar.'"
Joking aside, just about any message board would work. You *might* not want to use your real name, though.
So long, and thanks for all the fish,

If I rated my previous employer as -1000 (from a scale of 1 to 10), and they found out it was me, then I would be doomed.
