Embed Media Player in SSRS 2005

Has anyone tried to add a media player control to a report?
We have a table that lists telephone calls, and I want to link to another report that will show the details for an individual call. I want to include on that report a media player so that we can play back the recording for the call.
I can add a media player control to the BIDS toolbox, but it stays greyed out and I cannot add it to the report body. Am I missing something fundamental, or is it just not going to happen?
Can anybody offer me any advice?

I don't think it is going to happen. Couldn't you display a link to the media file and through the application association have the file play? I am interested in how this will work.

That was my first plan, actually. I had a dynamic link that pointed to firstly the .wav file via a UNC path and secondly via http. Neither of these worked, unfortunately.
My other thought was to build a ASP.NET page that I can link to through SSRS, but I liked the idea of keeping everything in one place.
Oh well, back to the drawing board.
