Guys,
Is there a way to edit existing subscriptions behind the scenes? - I've got a folder with about 30 reports in it, creating the subscriptions was enough of a chore, however, for a one time run I need to edit all 30 subscriptions from the front end, editing the date and then putting in the password of the user account running them again (because it's file share delivery).
If I could just jump into a table behind the scenes and edit the dates it would make things far quicker. I had a stab at this before with no success, it looked like it was creating a GUID for each subscription or something.
So yeah, if anyone has any tips on dealing with subscriptions in bulk - adding or editing, I'd really love to hear them!
Thanks!

Hi,
Is this for 30 subscriptions for different reports or 30 subscriptions for the same report?
If it is the same report then you could use a data driven subscription for this.

Different reports within the same folder, however, Data Driven Subscriptions are in the enterprise version I believe? Which is a shame as there's been a few other areas I could have done with using them!

Hi,
I don't think it is possible to change the subscription details by delving into the tables in the reportserver database. If you had enterprise you could have used a tsql view to set the username and password for the fileshare and use these in the subscriptions and then change when the need arises in the view.

Ah, as I thought then :/
The view idea (if we ever get Enterprise or it's a feature in 2012) is a cool idea though!
