  Setting up a simple SSIS pkg to port ServerA..Tab1 to ServerB..Tab1

  ServerB..Tab1 does not exist.  DTS used to give us the option to CREATE DESTINATION TABLE, dynamically.  The SSIS 'OLE DB Destination Editor' does not offer that option. 

  How can I dynamically create the destination table w/out having to do so, manually, ahead of time?

  Set your destination connection and db in the Data Flow container with your source connection mapped to it.

  You should have a button called 'New' beside the dropdown that chooses the destination table that functions much the same as the DTS one did.
