Dynamic report name from a ssrs subscription possible?

    Hello,

    I have been trying to figure out how to get SSRS 2005 to assign dynamic names to reports and can find little to no information on how to do it or if it is even possible.

    The report will run daily and I need to have the date in the file name change every day it is run from the subscription then sent to the file share.

    The file naming convention would be something like this, Log_Date.xls where date is dynamic and represents the date it was run.

    Any help on this would be great and if it can’t be done in SSRS is there something else that can do it?

    You can use this variable in the file name to put the date. That's pretty much all the customization you can do tho.
