I can't execute and view, from win98, a dts saved on SQL server 2000. A message shows a provider error : delete the directory is no possible??? Theses DTS run are possible on XP or 2000 stations.
However, I can execute a dts I create but can't save it on the server.
Thanks.

This looks like a platform problem to me, but I'm no OS expert. What I do know is that if you execute DTS direct from a client then DTS will use the DLL objects residing on the client NOT the ones on the Server, so if there's any compatability issues between your WIN98 DTS objects and SQL2000, boy you'll find them.
One workround I've used is to encapsulate the call to DTS inside a Stored Procedure. So you execute the Stored Procedure which inturn executes the DTS package. Taht way DTS is called at the Server and uses the DLL's from there rather than from your WIN98 station
