  We have an DTS is run using DTSRUN from an application server that points to the SQL2000 SP3 server.  We got the following message this weekend when it attempted to run

  DTSRUN: Cannot create COM server to load and execute DTS package Error -2147023489 (8007057F): Cannot find window class

  After rebooting the application server the DTS ran.

  Any ideas?
