hello people, i´m starting to get this error on the DTS.. when i try to import one table from a mdb database (ACCESS 2000).
it just started now, i was able to do without problems... the error:
"
Error source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package
Error Description: Invalid Class Sequence
"
(sorry the error desc. was on my first language, portuguese, dunnot the default in english)
what happend ? what's wrong ? i tried two tables.. two files, the same on both.
using, SQL 7.0 sp4

When you use DTS you first fill out the Wizard, then click Run Immediately on the last page of the Wizard, then it says: "Create Table" (if you DTS into new tables) then it says "Copy Data"
Please tell us when you are geting this error? When filling out the Wizard or when DTS creates table or when DTS copies data?
Did you click Preview button when selecting the correct table? Are you able to preview data?
Did you click Transform Button on the "Select Source Tables and Views" screen after selecting a table? Sometimes you have to scroll a horizontal scroll bar to see this Transform button. Also post an error message in Portuguese, I have someone here who may translate it for me.

i get the error when the DTS copies data, after the last page from the wizard.
yeah, i clicked preview and checked the table, was ok.
