From what I gather by searching this site and Google, Autosys is a job scheduling product from Computer Associates. I don't have any experience with it, but there are several SSC threads that discuss it's use for scheduling SSIS and DTS packages.
Also, if the client is already using Autosys, they must have people who could help you understand how to use it.
