    Hi all,

    Is there anyway of geeting DTS package to a Scripts or esle how can we make dts portable.

    jus use save as option and save it in structured storage file format ..that can be portable

    when you save it as a "structured storage" file format >>> when you open it on the destination server you will need to do a "save as" and save it to SQL server, so that you can see it in the GUI of DTS. You will have to modify connections and file paths to match the destination.
