When i do sp_who2 after running pakage it show hostname as my machine name but for job it shows server name.

SSIS works exactly the same way. When you call it from your machine in Enterprise Manager, the local DTExec is called and it runs the package from the server but locally. Same thing in SSIS in 2005 and 2008. If you open Task Manager on your machine, you will see it running as a process there as well.
