DTS Package ownership

    We have a developer who left. They want to delete her domain account. She owns several dts packages, they are all set up as jobs in EM and the owner of those jobs are sa. Am I right in my thinking that the Network administrators may delete her account, and it will have no effect on the packages because once the dts package is a job the job is run via sql server agent and that login's rights?? Is this correct??

    Karen,

    I'd try to change the owner of the packages to be safe. DTS can be a little flaky at times. Try sp_reassign_dtspackageowner.
