DTS Package Designer Issue

    When I bring up the DTS Package Designer the window is blank with no tools or the standard tool bars. I am using the 2000 personal version with sp3. This was working several weeks ago. Any suggestions...

    Re-apply service pack and/or re-install client tools. Something else that was installed may have replaced one of the necessary DLL's.

    I tried the re-apply of the service pack with no success. Then I re-installed the client tools and re-applied the service pack with no success. I then uninstalled and reinstalled sql server with success. Another one of life's mysteries.

    Thanks for the suggestions.
