Please! What is the best way to move DTS packages from one server to another>

I use Structured Storage File type when saving the package. Then you can copy the file and open it from another computer. You will have to correct package content to reflect new connections and also if the package references external resources like files you have to move them too.

an easy way is:
Starting enterprise manager go to the "data transformation services". Go to the dts-pakage you want to transfer. open it in design mode. in the window with the dts-package you go in the menue to "package" - "save as ..."
in the new window you can change to the server you want to transfer the package and than save it

The easiest way is to copy multiple packages is to use another DTS package to copy the packages.
See http://www.sqldts.com/204.aspx for more details

See also DTSBackup 2000 at sqldts.com, which can use either DTS as mentioned by Steven or the DTS object model controlled by a GUI.
