DTS Job hangs tho all steps have succeeded

    This morning I ran a job which had been run successfully many times before. It has two steps. <font color = 'red'>Both steps succeeded quickly, but EM continued to display "Executing" status for about half an hour. </font> I finally stopped the job manually. Does anyone have any theories about why this happened?

    It might be the refresh process got hung or there was some other process that was blocking DTS job. It does happen sometimes the client side doesn't get refreshed for sometime.
