DTS encryption keeps others out of their packages

    Created a new DTS package with a password, now other DTS package owners cannot get to their code. They get this error -

    Error Source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package

    Error Description: Cannot initalize encryption services. Please make sure that encryption services are properly installed on this system.

    I, however, can access any packages without problem.

    Can anyone help me buy a vowel and get a clue? Thanks!

    It's a dumb suggestion, and you probably already thought of it, but is it possible that you have encryption services installed on your computer (where you created the DTS pkgs) and not on the server or their computer??
