Hi,
Very nice forum.
I am quite new to the SQL2K. I wanted to copy dts packages from one server to other.
When I do from dts, defining source and destination and after the 'transform' task, when I go the properties I do not see the sysdtspackages table in the destination.
I thought it is as simple as select * from sysdtspackages.
Am I missing something?
Pls. advice.
TIA

Never tried this and not sure it will work. Typically I've opened and resaved each on the new server. Or exported to flat file (.dts) and then imported.

Hi,
Have a look at http://www.sqldts.com They have a utility called DTSBackup 2000. maybe this does the trick.
