Haven't seen any e-books yet, but there are a couple of paper books. One was even co-authored by some of the regulars on this site:
"Professional SQL Server 2005 Integration Services".
I actually don't think there are any authorized e-books for DTS/SSIS available, though something by O-Reilly may have a web version available through their website for a limited time after you register the book.
Check out something like http://www.nerdbooks.com - I've found that their prices tend to be a little better for new books on a lot of tech books. (No affiliation with company - just like their prices and service.)
