I have a Visual Pro 5 Database. I am trying to connect it to SQL Server using DTS. I have been looking up online resources but havent been able to figure this out.
Any help is appreciated

Your question isn't that clear, are you trying to connect to the database from SQL Server in a DTS package?
You'll need to create an ODBC Datasource connection to the Visual PRO database. Check the Basis website and knowledgebase, they should provide some info on how this is achieved.
Then you use this ODBC DSN in a 'Microsoft Data Link' or 'Other Connection' within the DTS package.
Hope this helps

I downloaded a 30 day trial version of the Basis ODBC driver but that is a Read license. When i try to use "Other Connection" it gives me an error unable to find a "Read/Write License". I am not sure if this has got to do with the Read License (trial)

If this is something that could result in a sale for Basis, I'm sure you could get an evaluation read/write license.
Hope this helps
