DTC Errors - no longer able to communicate

    I'm getting an error on my SQL server when running the MS DTCTESTER program to test the distributed trans coordinator. My web server won't see the DTS on the SQL 2000 server. The message says the connection to the transaction manager failed. Any ideas on what is wrong. The

    You need to check "No authentication required" for MSDTC in Component services.

    Do it on SQL Server:

    ->Admin Tool ->Component service -> expand the service ->right click on my computer -> click on MSDTC tab ->Click on Security configuration -> check the No authentication required” and reboot the sql server
