Is there a way we can set Drive Failure notification on Server thru SQL Alerts??

Not sure about that but there seems to be an excellent little tool called LogMeister that can handle a job like that with ease.
A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.

If you are running on Server hardware, the best place to have this notification is in the management utilities / Management agents reporting via SNMP to a Management server, who can then send notifications.
I have experience with both HP Proliant and Dell PowerEdge servers.
HP has Proliant Support Packs of management utilities and agents. These agents can be queried by a management server (HP's free one is System Insight Manager, or SIM). SIM normally queries servers for a status every 5 minutes, but if you configure a SNMP trap (in the SNMP service in the OS), when a status change occurs, a message will be sent to the management server, who can then notify someone via email (and pager if your pager supports email paging).
Dell has a similar set of utilities called Server Administrator (it might be server manager), with ITAssistant as the Free Management server.
If you have set up your server correctly, drive failures shouldn't be noticed by SQL server: All drives in the server should be RAID of some sort, so the main thing you need to know is that a drive failed and needs to be replaced.
