Download-Only Merge Replication does not work....

  I have configured the Replication article property to 'Download-only to Subscriber' , 'Prohibit Subscriber changes'.

  But, when I opened the property tab of the article, I found out that the property has not been changed to 'Prohibit Subscriber changes'.

  The property is still showing 'Bidirectional'.

  Is there anyone who knows how to change the article property to 'Prohibit Subscriber changes' ?
