Dot within database name

    Hi,

    I have a database that has a dot in the name (eg name.db).

    When I use Query Analyzer, and select "Use name.db", I get an error saying "could not locate entry for database name".   I have tried putting the database in quotes, but this does not work.

    Any suggestions?

    Try

    use [name.db]
