Does log shipping supported when we use Mount points

    Hi,

    We want to implement mount points on Windows server 2008 R2 for SQL Server 2008 R2 for 2 node active/passive cluster.

    Question:

    Does log shipping supported when we use Mount points?

    Yes, the log shipping will not know about mount points as they are represented to clustering level. The log shipping will need the path to store the backups, to copy and restore them on secondary server, also you may need to test the jobs schedule based on the cluster failover/failback patterns.
