Several years ago SQLCAT.COM published a flowchart that helps users/dbas/developers/etc troubleshoot problems.

It's no longer avaialble and I haven't been able to find it. Id be interested in the contents/info.
I've tried the popular search engines no luck
** On a side note, maybe it's been stated elsewhere already, I dislike all the old links do not re-direct, SQLCAT is still a great resource but it would be nice to have things connected from old to new site. :ermm:
