    Isn't that part of CA's Arcserve?

    Well, assuming it is from Arcserve, you should contact them for support.  We don't use Arcserve, but you can either search for "Arcserve.exe" on Google or just call CA support to find out for sure if it's theirs.

    Following Tomas's lead, here's a page I found on Google that verifies that CA has an executable called dbasvr.exe:  http://support.cai.com/Download/patches/musthave/exant.html.  Maybe you need to talk to them if you can't find help here.
