Documenter for SQL Server 2005?

    Does anyone know of a good documenter for SQL Server 2005?

    SchemaToDoc (http://www.schematodoc.com) will document SQL Server 2005 databases: primary keys, fields (type, size, nullable, defaults) indexes, check constraints, foreign key constraints, triggers, descriptions, views, and stored procedures. It exports all of this information to a Word document.
