DMF is abbreviated as?
a) Declarative Management Framework
b) Dynamic Management Framework

Dynamic Management Function? Part of the Dynamic Management Objects (DMOs) which include DMFs and DMVs (Dynamic Management Views).

From what I have read they are one and the same and refers to PBM, but I could be mistaken.
It seems like the true abbrv is Declarative Management Framework, but there are some BOL resources which incorrectly refer to it as Dynamic Management Framework

Welcome to the Declarative Management Framework (DMF). Btw, there are at least a couple of places in the July CTP BOL that incorrectly calls it the “Dynamic” Management Framework; it really should be Declarative. At least that’s what it was called at the last major public event - PASS Summit 2007 (Denver).
