Divide by zero error

    I have 2 cols - either can contain null or zero. I need to perform calc on these cols to populate third col with % value

    Set GMpct =

    If GMValueLocal is not null And OITValueLocal is not null And

    GMValueLocal <> 0 And OITValueLocal <> 0 then

    GMValueLocal/OITValueLocal*100

    Help please - this looks simple but is driving me insane!
