''distributor_admin'' is not defined as a remote login at the server

    Hi All,

    I am getting the error "'distributor_admin' is not defined as a remote login at the server" in one of the replications. It was working fine and suddenly it started failing this morning.

     

    Please advise what could be the problem.

    Which account do you use ? Is it a domain account or a sql account ? Maybe the password has changed .

    Where do we setup this account. I dont think I remember setting up distributor account manually. I think its done by SQl while setup of replication
