Distributed Replay

Coming at this as a complete novice but just interested.
Has anyone installed and used the Distributed Replay component of SQL2012? It sounds like a solution looking for a (not very frequent) problem to me.
would you include it in your standard install components, would you run it under its own service account?

as this has had no replies I must assume that either
a) it is a solution looking for a problem
b) not enough people are on SQL2012 for long enough to use it
c) nobody understands it
or
d) nobody cares
