Distribute reports SSRS via email in pdf or excel format according to their user profiles

    Hi All,

    I will wish to implement a solution for delivering reports in PDF or Excel formats to users based on their profiles (each user will receive reports containing information which it is responsible: the data specific to a particular user is filtered by a parameter )

    1 - I created a table setting "Param_AD" which is fed via a stream SSIS from the active directory

    2 - Then in the SSAS server (cube) I created roles that are associated with one or more values ​​of the parameter

    3 - In the adim SSRS console, I created subscriptions with email addresses of users

    The problem is that I dont know how related the users (AD) with roles SSAS and SSRS subscriptions??

    It might help in this case to give table definitions. However, the way I would do this is with a data driven subscription to pull the user profile information (email address, and document format preference) along with all parameter information the report needs for that individual user and then return that to the report subscription for the output.
